Enlargement of lymph nodes is rare in chronic myelocytic leukemia. Generlized lymphadenopathy may occur in association with the conversion of the chronic leukemia to a morphologically acute form (blastic transformation) due to infiltration into or proliferation within nodes of myeloblasts. The following case report describes a 23 years old male patient in whom myeloblastic infiltration of generalized lymph nodes were demonstrated one month before blastic transformation of the bone marrow and eleven months after treatment of chronic myelocytic leukemia.
